- Hotel Industry - Mr. Chakravarty began his career with the Taj group of five-star hotels, improving the culinary offerings of the Taj group in locals as diverse as Bangalore, Kolkata, Oman, Sri Lanka, and Japan
- Restaurants - Chef Sitangsu developed cuisines for several restaurant ventures, including Red Fort and Ophim in London, and, most recently, Rodeo in Delhi
- Packaged Foods - Mr. Chakravarty researched and developed frozen, pre-packaged meals for S&A Foods in London, and created entrees for airline catering
